One of the main challenges of this project was that the property required a full new roof. To start, we provided the best support using cupa heavy 3 slates for the slated roof. These are high-quality slates that are known for their durability and resistance to weathering. This means that the property owners can have peace of mind knowing that their roof will last for years to come.

To achieve the eye-catching curved ridge detail that the property owners were looking for, we fitted lead valleys to the roof which were then slated in. This is a technique that requires precision and attention to detail, but it is one that we have mastered over the years. To complete the roofline solutions, we used single-ply membrane ridges, which gave the roof a seamless and modern finish.
